Since 2003, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people feel at ease in their bodies as Feldenkrais Method® practitioner, craniosacral therapist and Havening Technique® practitioner. I'm currently in the final year of Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing® trauma training program and use this as the lens through which I practice the skills of my robust trauma-informed somatic toolkit.
With all of these methods, I work with the power of the brain and nervous system through the process of neuroplasticity -- the ability of the brain to change and adapt. I’ve seen musculoskeletal patterns that have been with people for their entire lives positively change in a few sessions. We work somatically (with the body and mind) with the core or root of the issues.
I find that by integrating Feldenkrais® and Havening Technique®, a client can often find a deeper sense of physical relief, calm and peace.
I’m not just a practitioner and teacher — I’m an ongoing student, client and believer!
